How to set up MX records

MX (Mail Exchange) records tell the internet which server handles email for your domain. They must point to your mail host for email to arrive.

Step-by-step

1. Open the DNS/Zone Editor in cPanel (or your DNS provider).
2. Add or edit the MX record to point to your BlueRack mail server, as shown in your welcome email.
3. Remove old or duplicate MX records that point elsewhere.
4. Add an SPF (TXT) record to improve deliverability.
