What is JetBackup and how does it work?

JetBackup is the backup system available on many BlueRack plans. It lets you browse recent restore points and restore files, databases or email on your own, without contacting support.

Overview

Backups run automatically on a schedule. Each backup is a snapshot you can restore from, so you can undo an unwanted change or recover a deleted file.

Using JetBackup

• Open JetBackup in cPanel to see your available restore points.
• Choose File Backups, Database Backups or Full Backups.
• Pick a date and restore, or download the backup to keep an offline copy.
